All you need to know about Nishibo's Warehouse System
Please support the Legion, the members and yourself with keeping the Warehouse system of Nishibo alive!

1. Warehouse stock
We gather Items for our Legion with

Donations from Members
Legion Raids
Trading with Members

2. Purchase
Items in the Warehouse can be purchased by all Members for a cheap price

The prices will be made indiviudal and depending on the current market
We calculate with the most common (not cheapest) price on the broker of the day
All Items will be sold for 60% of the current marketprice to all Members & Trials

Still we leave some space for more discounts and mass purchases
To bargain for more cheaper prices is of course allowed, but remember you help your Legion and yourself with buying Items from the Warehouse for a already cheap price

3. Usage
The money we earn from it is pure for the Legion and it's members used for

Events
Legion Crafters
Raids
Fortress Fights
Loans

5. Stock
Items we want to get a decent stock:

Potions - HP
Potions - Mana
Scrolls - Running (Pvp); Element resistence (Bossy fights, Raids)
Kisks - Events, Fortress Fights, Bossy Hunts, Rifting
Food - DP Food;

With the stock of supplies the legion can support each member with a decent amount of items attenting in one of the above metioned events.

6. Warehouse Extension (Brigade Leader Account)

Some of the Items are stored on my Alts, which i pure created for the purpose of extending the Warehouse of Nishibo: "Lynethia and Lynnia"

so certain Items you can only purchase with dealing with me.

Lynnia is the storage for all Items going soon to get sold to the broker because of too long waiting times in the warehouse.
Lynethia the collecting storage for manastones

If nothing is methioned behind an Item, its in the Warehouse.
Except all Manastsones on Lynethia, the Items are marked on the forum where they are stored.
I do not have any personal benefits of this as i do not level this characters nore i have anything of doing this aside of much more work...

8. Loans

To support the members the legion as a whole can give out small loans to members to purchase important stigmas or items.

For loans there are strict guidelines as a matter of fact the loands are a risc for the legion and all members which support the legion's bank.
If you wish to get a loan of the legion, please make sure you agree with the requirements of payback. Do not make me beg for the money or running for it.

!!! The payback of your loan has first priority for you as soon as you got the money from the legion !!!!

Only fullmembers of the legion can ask for a loan
To get a loan of the legionbank you have to discuss with me
- if i am not available the Centurions for Member Management (Nanapie, Celandri, Draco) are the next persons in charge -
The amount of the loan is based on the current bank status and the need of the person (max. 50% of the current bank status)
Payback is a must of 25% per week to gurantee the availabillty of the Legion's bank loan system
The whole Loan giving and payback will be posted on the forums and visible for all members to keep track of

Abuse will be punished
I´m strict with this - be aware that this is not only to protect the legion's bank but also the members which are actually the supporters of the legion's warehouse and bank.

Missing out paybacks
If you cant pay back the weekly charge, you will have to pay additional 10% of the total amount you borrowed each time you miss out
(Not kidding here as its the only way to make you pay back your loan in time)

Special Agreements
If you can't pay back in time because of holiday/sickness/RL issues, discuss it with me in time so we can make a special agreement.
If you go to quitt/break please pay back before you leave.

8. Warehouse System Guidelines

Since it sounds a lot like a small business - and believe me, a legion is kinda a small business to run - it will take some time till everything works the way we want to have it.

Centurions
I trust all Centurions to deal with the members, as well as I trust all members not to try to scamm the Items off the legion out of selfish reasons.
I will keep track of the sales and expect of the Centurions to remember to update the Warehouse posts on the forum.

Have patience
All Centurions have the right to deal with you, if the Items are available in the Warehouse and not reserved.
To make it a good deal for you and the legion, we need a bit time for the calculation and its not always possible to react on the spot, to trade you the items right now, right there.

The 40% discount rule is an inherent part of the Warehouse System.
Both sides - Legion and Members - gain something from it. First the items are cheaper for you and the money goes to the Legion, which will find it's way back to you and the others member again.

Reservation of Items
Its possible to reserve items before actually purchasing them. If you want to reserve something, the Items get marked on the forum as reserved by [name] and the date of reservation [xx.xx.xx].
The reservation of items is limited to 3 days. In case you can not buy the item you have reserved, it will get available for all members again and you can NOT reserve it a second time.

Amount of Purchase
With some Items, we have to set a maximum of purchase.
Basicly to give other members the chance of buying some Items as well.
The amount is based on the current amount in the warehouse.
You can purchase a maximum of 50% of the current amount in the warehouse a day.
